$320.00	WPOA Annual Membership Dues ($60.00 Each additional lot) due on March 1st each year.

WRWSD Membership Fees, Dues and Charges
$22.00+	Water User Fee (Minimum of $22.00 for first 3,000 gallons and $3.00 for each additional 1,000 gallons or portion thereof). Determined by meter reading use.
$60.00	Water Availability Fee (Annual) due on April 1st.
$2,000.00	Water Service Connection Fee. (From the water main to the lot line)
$1,049.00	Central Sewage Assessment. (All lots in 'Phase 1' are assessed this charge)
$36.00	Monthly Sewer Users Fee.
