WPOA Membership Dues, Assessments and Fees

WPOA Annual Membership Dues, due on March 31st each year.
$145.00 Homeowner Fee (per year, each home) due on March 31st each year.
   
$260.00 WPOA Capital Improvement Assessments (per home) for road maintenance & improvement, new health/ recreation complex, and dam-lake-access repairs & improvements; due on March 31st each year.

*Camping Season - April 1st to November 1st
*Winter Storage - November 1st to April 1st
*Visitor/Guest (non card holder) -- $10.25 /Night on any campsite, plus $10.00 assessment fee per stay.

$24.00+ Monthly Water Users Fee (minimum of $24.00 for first 3,000 gallons and $6.00 for each additional 1,000 gallons or portion thereof). Determined by meter reading use.
$39.00 Monthly Sewer Users Fee.
   
$60.00 Water Availability Fee (Annual) due on April 1st each year.
$62.90 Central Sewage Assessment. (Annual; all lots in 'Phase I' are assessed this charge, due on April 1st each year.)
