Long Range Planning Committee
The Long Range Planning Committee (LRPC) is appointed by the President of the Waynoka Property Owners Association Board of Trustees per Article VII, Section 1 and Section 12 of the WPOA Code of Regulations.
The LRPC's responsibilities are:
- Create and maintain WPOA's Long Range Planning Document. This document is to be updated annually. It should contain plans and budgetary considerations for a three to five year window into the future.
- Present the Long Range Planning Document to the Board by the end of the first fiscal quarter and, if changed, quarterly thereafter for their consideration.
- Investigate items and ideas assigned by the WPOA Board and propose recommendations and solutions.
The LRPC meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 8:00 am in the Lodge meeting room. Sub-committees of the LRPC meet as often as required and bring their results to the Saturday meeting.
